I made this pouch on fairly short notice to be given to
the winner of this years Tocal Token Tourney. This is one of the two
big regular events hosted by our Barony in July each year. It is red
cotton velveteen with couching in gold thread. The cordings and tassles
were commerical ones I bought. The small metal quatrefoils were items
I'd bought at Festival this year. The pearls are fake. This was a bit
of a rush job, so no progress pictures, just the finished product. The
photo doesn't do it justice, the colours are a bit washed out and you
can't see the texture of the velveteen. This probably took me about
10 hours to do and was worked between July 2 to July 7, 2004.
